Our Standard First Aid program is a thorough 16-hour course designed to provide comprehensive first aid and CPR training. It is ideal for individuals who require certification for workplace compliance or those who want advanced skills to confidently manage emergencies at home or in the community.
Course Content
Training includes the following topics:

Roles and responsibilities of a First Aid Attendant

Breathing and circulation emergencies

Sudden medical emergencies

Poisons, including opioid poisoning
Certification
Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a 3-year Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification. Digital certificates are issued upon completion.
Pocket Masks are included in the cost of all in person courses.
